The Courtyards at River Club is a neighborhood with approximately 40 garden homes in Lexington located off Corley Mill Road adjacent to the Saluda River Club. The neighborhood was originally developed by Mungo Homes.
Homes range from the high $100s to mid-$200s and feature fenced backyards, garages that enter directly into the home, front lawn maintenance and annual power washing covered by the HOA.
Many of the homes are one level, where others feature a master bedroom on the main level and bedrooms and a loft on the second level. Although the layouts are similar, the finishes vary throughout the neighborhood and some offer high end finishes such as hardwoods and granite counters.
This neighborhood has a great location off Corley Mill Road, two miles from the intersection of Hwy 378 and I-20, and is around the corner from Lake Murray and shopping in Irmo.
Children who live in this community attend Midway Elementary (3.2 mi), Meadow Glen Middle School (3.5 mi), and River Bluff High School (1.8 mi).
