This is one of my absolute favorites. Located across from the State House, Halls delivers top-tier USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, and impeccable service in a sophisticated setting with live music. Reservations are a must most days for the dining room, but bar seats and tables may be available for walk-ins. I recommend the Halls Chopped Salad with Blackened Chicken, the Bison or Wagyu and an Espresso Martini. Great wine selections!
