Springhill Lake recorded one fewer sale in 2025 compared to 2024, but market activity remained healthy with an average of 33 days on market. The highest sale of the year was 227 Pink Camellia Lane at $639,900. Although this is a strong sale, it reflects a softening at the top of the neighborhood since our team sold the same home in 2023 for $660,000, a $20,100 difference. Even with that adjustment at the upper end, the neighborhood as a whole performed well. The average sale price increased by $50,100 year over year, rising from $407,563 to $457,752.
