Enter Buyer #3. Their February tour ended with rave reviews and a promise to return. A month passed before the second showing, and the imminent offer never came. Momentum fizzled; we regrouped.

In May, Buyer #3 resurfaced, this time with a contract and a problem: they wanted to fire their agent mid-deal. Tensions ran high, but experience kicked in. With the buyer's agent’s blessing, we navigated the situation so I could guide both sides to a win-win closing.
