The outlook for Kenwood in 2026 remains positive. National forecasts project home values to increase between 2 and 4 percent next year as mortgage rates improve and buyer confidence strengthens. I expect Kenwood to outperform these projections due to extremely limited inventory and sustained demand at this price point in the River Bluff attendance area.
