Do you tour homes you don't represent?

We do. Our channel covers homes on Lake Murray and across the Midlands market, not just our own listings. If you find one you love, we represent you as the buyer's agent and handle everything from showing to closing.

I'm moving to South Carolina from out of state. Can you help before I get here?

Yes. A large share of our clients are relocating from out of state. We send video walk-throughs, FaceTime tours, and neighborhood breakdowns so you can make confident decisions before you've ever set foot in the Midlands.

The numbers come directly from the local MLS — closed sales, days on market, list-to-sale ratios — not national headlines. We update them as the market moves, and we'll always tell you what the data actually means for your specific neighborhood and price point.

Do you work with buyers, sellers, or both?

Both. About half of our business is helping sellers — including homes that didn't sell with another agent the first time — and the other half is helping buyers, including a steady stream of relocating families.
