I began my real estate career in 2016 and have had the joy of helping families buy and sell homes in Colorado and the Columbia area, including more than 130 families locally and over $29 million in Columbia-area real estate closed. While those numbers reflect my experience, what matters most to me is the trust behind every transaction—the late-night question answered, the unexpected detail handled and the moment a client walks through a home and says, “This is it.”

My background in residential real estate, homebuilding and new-construction sales gives me an insider’s understanding of builders, floor plans, homesites, construction timelines and contract details. For buyers, that means thoughtful guidance when comparing homes, evaluating options and making a confident offer. For sellers, it means a strategic approach to preparing, positioning and marketing a property to attract the right buyers. Whether you are purchasing an existing home, building from the ground up or preparing to sell, I use my experience to help you make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary surprises.

When my own family moved from Colorado to Chapin in 2018, I learned firsthand that relocating is about far more than changing addresses. It is about finding your rhythm, your people and the community where everyday life feels right. That experience helps me support relocating families with both practical guidance and personal understanding as they explore Chapin, Lake Murray, Lexington and the greater Columbia area. My goal is not simply to help you find a house, but to help you discover the place that feels like home.

My approach is personal, proactive and grounded in genuine care. I create a clear plan, communicate consistently and stay involved from the first conversation through closing day. I help buyers understand their options, sellers navigate each step with confidence and relocating families feel connected to their new community. From preparing and marketing a home to comparing properties, negotiating terms and coordinating the details, I work to make the process organized, supported and even enjoyable. Outside of real estate, I enjoy life in Chapin with my husband, our two daughters and our red golden retriever, Maple. You will often find me baking, gardening, discovering local coffee shops or bringing neighbors together through community events.
