Hi, I’m Michael Hicks, and I’m proud to call the Columbia, South Carolina area home. Since moving to the Midlands a few years ago, I’ve loved spending time on Lake Murray, cheering on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, and exploring the great restaurants the Midlands has to offer.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than 10 years in air traffic control, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills. I bring that same level of professionalism, hard work, and dedication to helping my clients navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.
