He and his team were professional, highly organized, and strategic as it related to the selling process. Both my wife and I have been licensed agents in other states, so we have a pretty good idea of the process, however we did not know any agents in this market. My wife did some research and we quickly landed on Patrick, never spoke to any other agents and we knew before meeting him that we would list with Patrick. Excellent decision on our end. We used Patrick for buying our new home and selling our old one. When buying, Patrick took the time to listen to our needs, wants and budget requirements. When we ultimately decided on new constriction, he worked with the builder to get us as many items included (at no cost to us) as he could. He stayed involved all through construction and was honest on what we should expect. When it came to selling our previous home, Patrick gave us solid advice on what to and not to fix up before listing, a realistic price to expect and the time frame he anticipated for accepting an offer. In the ens, we accepted an offer, over list price, in 3 days and closed within a month. Patrick gave great advice and was supportive when reviewing offers to determine the best offer for us. Working with Patrick O’Connor and his team was truly a delightful experience. I put Patrick up to the task of selling my aunt’s home who had recently widowed and had to move into assisted living. Moreover, I was acting as her power of attorney and live out of state. Patrick came highly recommended. Although my aunt was not ready to sell yet, Patrick still met with us to discuss the plan. Immediately, you could sense his friendly demeanor and genuine commitment. We found him very easy to talk to as well. Two years later, when my aunt was finally willing to sell, he remembered us and the house and even recalled our visit. He had the house listed within a week and did a phenomenal job keeping an out of state seller notified throughout the entire process. He was expedient on returning text and phone calls and provided very professional and communicative contractors on a couple matters that needed attention after inspection. He kept the process seamless, smooth and always remained confident throughout the selling process. This guy was in my ear every step of the way. I was always informed and he was always working in our best interest! The same goes for his staff who was always attentive to my needs and paperwork matters. If I ever were to buy or sell a house in the state of SC again, there is no doubt who I would hire. My only regret is that he is not licensed in my state of Michigan.

Patrick O’Connor was absolutely fantastic to work with when selling our house. Our initial meeting was online, but Patrick was very knowledgeable about the area and the market. He made us feel comfortable putting our house on the market during the pandemic. Patrick and his team helped to make our house marketable in the world of internet buying by capturing beautiful photos of our home and including a measured blue print online for buyers who were not comfortable looking in person.

We weren’t on the top end of Patrick’s listings, but he made us feel like our house was just as important as any other listing his team was working on. He answered any question that we had ASAP and was extremely timely during contract negotiations. We could not have had a better person working for us to help sell our house.

Just when I thought my transaction was done with Patrick, my wife was offered a job back in Columbia, SC. Since I had just sold my previous house it was time to find a new one and I knew exactly who to call. Patrick was just as professional and enthusiastic as a buyers agent as he was as a sellers agent. We found the perfect home and we got it below the asking price. I don't know why you would go to any other Realtor in the Columbia/Lexington area. Patrick's approach to both buying and selling homes is effective.
