Turners Pointe recorded three sales in 2025, including the highest lakefront sale ever in the neighborhood, 216 Waters Edge Drive at $2,440,000, setting a new benchmark for the neighborhood.

The outlook for Turners Pointe in 2026 remains positive. National forecasts call for home values to increase between 2 and 4 percent next year, driven by improving mortgage rates and strengthening buyer demand. I expect Turners Pointe to outperform these projections due to extremely limited inventory and continued demand at this price point, both on and off Lake Murray.
