Wildewood is a well-established community located in Northeast area of Columbia, South Carolina — 14 miles from downtown Columbia.

There are over 1,300 homes spanning 1,600 acres in Wildewood. The community was built one section at a time with seven total sections.

Most homes range from $250,000 to $700,000, however several have sold in the past few years over $700,000.

Residents have the option to join The Members Club at Woodcreek and Wildewood. Members have the use of two clubhouses, two swimming pools, sixteen tennis courts including an indoor facility, and two championship golf courses.

Students in the community attend Richland District Two schools including Polo Road Elementary, E.L. Wright Middle School, and Spring Valley High School.
