Market Data as of October 2026

Homes here sell a little less often than in the area's larger new neighborhoods. Fewer than ten homes sold in Silvercreek over the most recent twelve months. Types of Homes

Silvercreek is single-family homes. Most have three to five bedrooms, in two-story and story-and-a-half plans, with a smaller number of one-story homes. Exteriors are a mix of brick, brick accents, and siding.

Because the neighborhood was built in two waves, condition and updates matter. The homes from the 1980s and 1990s may have been renovated or may still be in original condition, while the homes from the 2010s, including The Enclave at Silvercreek on Bronze Drive, are newer. Some homes have private pools. Ask us how a specific home sits on its lot.

Neighborhood Amenities

We haven't found a community pool, clubhouse, or playground at Silvercreek. The homeowners association describes an annual fee that goes toward maintaining the neighborhood's shared grounds.

Ask us for the current association amount and rules, and for any recorded restrictions that apply to a specific address, before you write an offer.

Shopping, Dining, and Recreation
