Carriage Hill is one of the largest and oldest communities in Lexington located off North Lake Drive. There are three sections - Carriage Hill Lakes, Carriage Hill Plantation, and Carriage Hill Place.

In addition to walking paths, large lots, and naturally-wooded landscaping, the Carriage Hill community offers large lots with home sizes beginning at 2,000 square feet. There are approximately 180 homes.

Carriage Hill is in a great location between downtown Lexington and the Lake Murray Dam, giving residents easy access to everything that Lexington has to offer as well as the shopping and dining across the dam in Irmo. Students attend the Lexington One award-winning schools - Midway Elementary (1.9 mi), Lexington Middle (1.9 mi), and River Bluff High School (7.8 mi).
